If you are having difficulties with the software, you are REQUIRED to contact Support to attempt to work out the issues before a refund will be issued. We will issue the refund if we cannot get it to work as represented within your WHMCS/Cpanel system.

Refunds may be issued no later than 30 days following the purchase of the software.
